Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. The Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our team at simplyg.o.a.t.products@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

  2. Mail the Item: We will create a shipping label and email it to you. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will simply attach the label to your package and mail it to us.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [3–5] days of delivery so we can make it right. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
